You can actually withdraw the difference between the house price with the loan amount. Normally is given 10% of your property price. Now this would also depend on the amount of savings you have in your EPF account 2. If you have to pay 50k for your 10% deposit, and your account has 60k then they will let u withdraw 50k, but if your bank has 40k then you will be able to withdraw the rest. This withdrawal is only eligible for residential properties. It’s definitely a good way for those who are looking to buy their homes as this can lessen the burden of forking up such a huge amount!
