Should you take up MRTA or MLTA?

95% of us take up mortgage loan when we buy property. As mortgage loan is a debt, it’s wise for us to take up insurance against this loan in the event of our untimely demised, as part of risk management. We want to leave asset to our loved one instead of debt upon our untimely demise to meet up with our Maker.

Now comes the question, should i take up MRTA insurance or MLTA insurance?
In this video i will share the pros and cons of each and in what situation, should you take up MRTA or MLTA.
